No e-mail addresses or customer information is provided to any persons not affiliated with this site, other companies, or enterprises, for any reason.   • Consumer Agreement
  • We will ship In Stock merchandise within 2 to 3 days from the date of order and will ship Special Order merchandise within 6 to 10 weeks from the date of order. Should something be out of stock or needs to be Special Ordered, we will notify the shopper to see if the shopper is willing to wait the time required for delivery. Sales will be billed at the time of order. Special orders are non-returnable. These products are coming from South America, so we appreciate your patience.

    Orders shipped to countries other than the USA will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority, or equal regardless of the method chosen and billed for actual shipping charges, plus the additional shipping fee to cover customs paperwork. Longer shipping times may apply.

    Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and any charges of duty, customs, brokerage or other fees associated with an international order shall be charged separately, by the shipping company. If we are notified by the shipping company of a failure to pay duty and customs fees by the purchaser, and are charged back for the fees, please be aware that it shall result in a charge of your credit card for the full amount due, plus an additional $25.00. This is a non refundable charge. Receipt and supporting paperwork will be provided. This applies to duties and custom fees on all goods imported to another country, regardless of return.

    Shipping methods listed are for the continental 48 states only. Additional charges and extended delivery times apply to all orders shipped to countries other than the USA, or to Alaska and Hawaii.

    Restocking charges Any order returned that was sent Fed Ex Free shipping is subject to a $25.00 restocking fee if returned.

  • We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping within the Continental U.S on retail orders*! Choose the free delivery method during checkout to take advantage of this special offer.

  • WearAlpaca.US collects sales tax when the shipping address is within the state of Virginia. The rate is 5%.

  • We are so confident in our products that if for any reason, you don't like an item, you may return it for a full refund. All terms of our "Return Policies" apply.

  • Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund within the appropriate time frame (14 Days).

    Merchandise, with original tags attached, in the original packaging can be returned for a *Full Refund of its purchase price, shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Clothing must be UNWORN and accompanied by our Return Form that is included with order.

    Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be given a full refund via manor of payment. Items may be returned for exchange or a credit slip issued thereafter.

    There are no returns of sale items or special orders.

    HOLIDAY PURCHASES with sales receipts dated from November 20, 2008 through December 24, 2008 will have a return period valid until Jan 20, 2009 or an exchange may be requested. All above requirements apply.
